Our pets come to us from many different sources. Many of us have adopted our pets from wonderful rescue organizations and humane societies where they received professional care and the love and affection they may never have known. Others come from professional breeding kennels, cateries and city shelters. Some have simply appeared on our doorsteps. Some pets that I have cared for have even been found at yard sales. Once they are home, we would like to think that they will never leave again. So for all these pets and any pets who would be more comfortable in their own homes, I started my service. For most pets, home is the most comfortable and least stressful place to stay. They have their own favorite chair, their favorite window, the sunny spot that appears every day and all the familiar scents, sights and sounds that make up their day. They are accustomed to our comings and goings and expect that we will always come home to them.
